The executive director in Ekstremac establishes the company's vision, and company culture, introduces processes in accordance with the strategy, tries to optimize them as much as possible, and makes sure that the team has an inspiring environment and the opportunity to fulfill its potential.

Sales

Our sales sector is combined with the PR sector, and the focus is on working with partners from the business world. The role of the sales team is to create a sales strategy, research markets, find potential partners, organize meetings, contract collaborations, and communicate with partners at the highest level.

The sales sector is a communication channel between partners and other teams in Ekstremac. Every partner's business model will be analyzed by our sales team and check if it fits enough with our collaboration model, and how much value we can provide to our partner.

In Ekstremac, user satisfaction is in the first place, so customer support is one of the most strategically important sectors. We want the user to be able to rely on us at all times, regardless of the adventure organizers who are our partners.
