# Innovation Day

World Creativity and Innovation Day is 21 April but we celebrate it every Thursday in Ekstremac

### Why Innovations Day in Ekstremac?

With innovations, we want to build progress and explore the path that brings results.

### How often is it performed? 

Every Thursday is reserved for innovation discussions.

### How it works? 

Each team member in the innovation Slack channel writes their innovation idea and sets it to be sent for the first Thursday of the following at 9:00 AM. An idea should have the potential to improve processes in any form.
